What precautions should be taken when using a side mounted garbage truck? The use of these special vehicles is very different from ordinary vehicles. Special vehicles are mainly functional vehicles, and they need to be used reasonably and safely.
1. The pressure regulating device of the hydraulic system is the pressure regulating bolt on the multi way directional valve. After the bolt is calibrated and locked, it cannot be adjusted arbitrarily during use, and users are not allowed to adjust the oil pressure arbitrarily;
2. When washing the car, do not flush water into the hydraulic oil tank. Regularly check the height of the hydraulic oil level. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, add it in a timely manner. All oil circuit joints must not leak oil;
3. When disconnecting the power take-off, the clutch pedal must be stepped down. When the power take-off and the multi way directional valve are in operation, garbage must not enter the driving state;
4. During maintenance, collision should be avoided to avoid damage, deformation, and scratches on parts. When assembling parts, attention must be paid to cleaning them thoroughly.
5. After the vehicle completes the garbage bin collection operation, the elevator should be lowered to the bottom to complete it;
6. If any abnormal movement is found during the operation of the hydraulic system, the work should be stopped immediately, the cause should be analyzed, and the fault should be eliminated. Do not force pressure operation;
7. This series of garbage trucks is strictly prohibited from disposing of construction waste to avoid damaging the machinery;
